Check iron status and then you can give iron drops after consulting pediatrician. Sometimes iron deficiency may cause loss of appetite.

Hi, If baby is active and playful, there is no need to worry It is important that you have to continue breast milk Try to change diet pattern You can give fruit and fruit juice also Sometimes if food is monotonous also they will hesitate to eat Usually medications will not be given to Increase appetite, because it is harmful Just wait and watch

Hi. Infant babies usually will have this habit. If your baby is otherwise active, playful and gaining weight, we can wait and watch. Usually we avoid medicines and deworming for infants. Give him the diet which he likes the most and try different foods. Try feeding him only when he is hungry.
Next Steps
if he still continues to refuse food, pls contact near by paediatrician
