Hello,
I met doctor(I don't remember his name) from a clinic in delhi 2 months before. I was really depressed knowing my baldness is too much and I would need atleast 4000 grafts to get the hairline i want. But chances of getting hair loss in future is also there. Also it's been there for last 10 years and i have lost this much. Might require one more session of ht surgery in future. I am really depressed as i want normal hairline, no more Hair loss, good volume hair. But i can see 150-200 strands loss everyday these days. I dont want to go more bald. Please help me. Doctor says back side of head is dht resistant but i am looking huge number from that side too. What is actually happening? PLEASE HELP. Why i am loosing hair like this. Can castration help in genetic hairloss ? Can it prevent further hair loss? i dont need those balls if they are the cause as i dont want to marry and not interested in girls. i am on fincar from cipla 5mg daily
You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots.
