Please give opinion

My husband is suffering from acute pancreatitis from last 2months and had obstructive jaundice n stenting was done in CBD ,a month ago. He lost 17 kgs weight in last 2 months. He is still having severe pain and in latest ultrasound reports besides swelling in pancreas, sludge in gallbladder is seen.What does that mean ,is there any complication ?please suggest

According to the history and investigations. Most likely would be benefited by removal of gall bladder. Unless he has vices. But need to examine in person.

Gall bladder removal may be needed. Also the cause of pain needs to be evaluated in details The pain may not be because of gall bladder.
