Hi doctor! I'm suffering from acidity burning sensation in upper , sometime I get shoulder pain too consulted so many doctors and tried many antacid syrups but not effective Got my endoscopy done I don't have any other medical issue or past history I eat little spicy,outside foods and take less water Please tell me the medicine treatment and food habits if need to be improved Genuine answers will be appreciated Thank you
