My height 5.9 weight 95, BMI=29.5 26 age No smoking and alcohol My symptoms Difficulty breathing when sleeping If I awake then difficulty to fall asleep More dreams in sleep No snoring Health anexity and stress Nasal congestion from long back Consulted ENT doctor and pulmonologist ENT doctor said GERD Pulmonologist said allergic rhinitis Which to belive I asked both of them is this sleep apnea but both of them said no Then why

Nasal congestion  can be due to turbinate hypertrophy or septal deviation.Allergic rhinitis and Gerd  can be present.Need to evaluate for any sleep apnoea.
