Can I take Ab Phylline SR 200 to treat breathlessness if I have weak heart and I am on beta blockers Propranolol 30 mg everyday ?

Breathlessness have soo many causes ,You are already on beta blocker it might be prescribed to you for some reason which you haven’t mentioned here ,kindly contact your doctor

Acebrophylline is a bromcho dilator and propronolol is broncho constructir it have opp effects so we can change proponolol to other beta blockes

Yes u can take abphylline if u have breathlessness.. but once check with ur cardiologist to reconsider propranolol
