Platlet count is 130000, six months back

My recent routine blood test reports 130000 platelet count, as per my test report on  Aug 2018 it was 140000, then I had a slipped disc problem. But it is fine. Is declining platlets has something to do with it. Or is it sign of any other problem. attached is my hematology report.
