I have an accidental mark on my face...i just want to know whether it will be reduce by any kind of surgery such as plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery??

you can consider laser scar reduction that thinking of surgery first. Fractional CO2 lasers can be used to treat or improve various accidental,acne,burn scars etc
