Planning preganancy after miscarriage

I am 30 years old female, i recently had to medically terminate my 7 weeks pregnancy due as fetus heartbeat was stopped, it was there at 10 days before.Could you please suggest can we start planning baby after 1 cycle or we should wait for 3 cycles? Currently i am taking iron ,folic and zinc supplements.
