Planning IUI with knee problem

I am 32 years old female & planning IUI treatment. Although I am diagnosed with Chondromalacia patela in both knees and currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment & medication for the same. Can we plan IUI for pregnancy alongside? Will the pregnancy impact my condition?
