Hello , I am ,31yrs old .husband is 36 yrs old. My son is 5 yrs old. Nw We are planning for second baby. From when I have to start Folic tablet?how FOl 123 tab is useful for getting pregnent? My husband has a type 2 diabetes (which is in control) . WheatherI am confusing please instruct me.

Start folic acid tablet the month u r planning to concieve. It does not help u conceive. It only ensures good neuronal development of the fetus. Husbands diabetes will not cause any difficulty during your pregnancy.
