We are planning for pregnancy. I had been diagnosed for PCOS and have undergone with Laproscopic surgery(right ovarian cyst excision)to remove the cyst - 3months ago. After the surgery, 2nd cycle was irregular and had to take medicine to get periods. After getting periods, have done follicle study and the study on Day 12&Day14 shows RTOV/LTOV - MSF and Endometr - 5. Please assist on this condition. Will the things get better in upcoming months? Can we get the condition better by following any set of protocols ourselves? Please assist. Thanks.

Things will be better in the next cycle. In the next cycle stimulation with oral or injectable medications can be done. You need to continue the folic acid tablet throughout.Follicular study Done along with proper stimulation helps the patient to achieve ovulation and increases the chance of conception.
Next Steps
Kindly Continue taking folic acid and can fertisure f tablet to improve your chances of pregnancy
