Planning for conception after stillbirth

2020-09-29 21:11:20
I had a preterm still birth at 27th week of my pregnancy (12th September 2020) due to pregnancy induced hypertension (preeclampsia). This was my first pregnancy. I need to know when can i plan next for conception or how much gap or time lapse should be there to plan for next pregnancy in order to have healthy pregnancy. I had pregnancy induced hypertension from 22nd week of my pregnancy before that my b.p never shooted. Are there any chances of preeclampsia occuring again in my next pregnancy? And how can i prevent.

Very unfortunate that you had preterm still birth due to pregnancy induced hypertension. It appears you had severe Gestational Hypertension Avoid pregnancy for minimum 3 months You require to undergo few tests before next conception. And these tests to be done 6 weeks after delivery ( after 30th of Oct 2020)
Next Steps
please consult a Obstetrician for further detailed evaluation before conception
Health Tips
Do relaxing exercises,  keep calm, don't be too much worried about loss of baby. You will get healthy baby, but  you require  to take proper  advice from a Obstetrician.
