Hi Doctor, I am 31 years old married man, i am having mild ED from last 2 years, using Megalis-10 once a month(erection is fine without pill, but with pill it was larger),now we are planning for a baby , last month we tried in fertile window but did not conceived. So I want to ask does Megalis-10 affect the sperm quality. Is it safe to take it if want to conceive ?
