We are planning for a baby. What is the best position for conceive? How much time does my wife lie down after ejaculation? As my wife has PCOS so her period is irregular...her period details for the last 5 months were 05.09.23(not good), 29.09.23, 15.11.23 (not good), 24.12.23, 4.2.24... How can I calculate the ideal time of ovulation which has a maximum chance of fertilization? How much should we meet in a week?

There is no such position...although you can try keeping pillow under her back to keep pelvis elevated... Lie down for 15 minutes..... Predicting ovulation with this irregular period is difficult... You can some medicine to regularise your period

there is no position..lik Ed that..in pcos ovulation time is not predicted..so better go for follicular study to know time of ovulation
