I am planning for my first baby now. I just got to know that folic acid should be taken before pregnancy. Could you please tell me if these should be taken ? What other supplements(vitamins) are advisable before pregnancy ?

Hi, one month prior to pregnancy you should start taking folic acid 5mg once a day and continue till term. No other medicines are mandatory.
