I had an ectopic pregnancy. Mass of 24mm in tubes with hcg of 3200.So, we choose medical management. They gave methotrexate single dose regime injection. Now i started bleeding. My doubt is will i be able to get normal pregnancy after ectopic? What precautions and planning we should follow?

Monitor beta HCG every week till it's back to normal...after that you can plan pregnancy Chances of repeat ectopic are high so be alert when you miss your periods

The chance of recurrence of ectopic is 10% ., in other words it means the subsequent pregnancy will be intrauterine in more than 90% of cases .. In next pregnancy, at the earliest possible at about 5 weeks get TVS done for confirmation of viability & location of pregnancy..
