Sir, my wife is 18 weeks pregant. Now, in recent scan doctor adviced to complete bed rest. What are sleeping positions to take rest for a pregent women who is having placenta previa problem.

Placenta covering the opening of the uterus, is a problem. Low lying placenta gets better & repositions as the pregnancy advances.
Next Steps
I think till it repositions being careful is important
