I m pregnant and when I did scan at 12 weeks doc told me that placenta is in grade 2 now I m into 15 weeks.... Does placenta moves back to grade one in coming weeks??

Yes there are chances ,once the babies movements begins ,a repeat Ultrasound at 24 wks can confirm this .
