White spots in the hand till elbow in some areas... no itching....It appears as if skin has loose color to white.

Thanks for the query. Vitiligo is a skin disease that presents with such symptoms. However it could be any other disease. Meet a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and then treatment plans.
