Pituitary Tumor

In the MRI scan of my sister a pituitary tumor is found. She also did hormone test which was found to be normal. She is suggested to take another MRI test. I'm really clueless about what should be the next right step in terms of treatment and consulting. Any suggestion will be really helpful. Thanks.
