Pituitary gland macroadenoma

I am 33 year old and planning for family. I have been facing difficulties for intercourse so took appointment of urologist. After couple of test and Brain MRI , doctor found that my Harmon are not in balance due to pituitary gland macroadenoma.
Neurosurgeon is suggesting me to operate but I wanted to know that
1 after operation , will my hormones and sperm report
will be good and I will leave quality life ?
2. Any other alternative of operation?
3 chance will be improve to become a parent ?
4. Any side effect of operation? Will it be back tumour in future.
