Is PIRADS 3 nodule on MRI a cancer? Patient has enlarged prostate and prostititis . PSA 18.9. Is it infection or cancer. Age 58 male.

I think you need to take a proper consultation, I read your all queries , that can’t be explained in this message. PIRADS 3 is equivocal. Need to see urine r/m and culture report. And need to repeat PSA test after 2-3 weeks after antibiotics course . Right now no danger.
