Pinning pain in abdomen
I sometimes ( rarely) get pinning stabbing pain in upper and lower abdomen which comes and goes in seconds. It's but painfull like it's a sharp pain but it rarely occurs. I also get acidity a lot. Want to know the reason for this pain and is it cancer??

it could be normal epigastic pain due to acidity.dont panic or get any thoughts of major diseases like cancer straight away..it could be anything related to stomach also.

take lot of cold milk and water.avoid spicy and oily food and outside food.take tablet pantocid dsr for a week course early morning empty stomach.drink plenty of fluids.
