I have a pink painless spot on my right breast, it is there from past 3-4 years.. It didn't caused any pain or discomfort.. but now I feel pain in my right forearm and back of the shoulder also.. is it symptom of Breast cancer.. I'm worried pls help

First of all, please calm down, It can be because of thousand other reasons Can you get it examined with out delay, so that it can be dealt earlier.
