My daughter have conjectivities what could be best eye drops for this feature getting too much yellow wet from both eyes

Hello Try A cold compresses B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that, I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
