Pinguecula
I have been experiencing pinguecula in both of my eyes for two years now. It is more visible and thick in the left eye, almost covering the whole eye. And causes irritation too, gets inflamed sometimes as well. And I also would want to know if pinguecula can cause crossed eyes! I have never got treatment for pinguecula because I thought it was not serious. Please suggest. Attached a photo as well.

Pinguecula is generally a response of the eye to sunlight and dry eyes.
Yes it can get inflammed sometimes and no it cannot cause cross eyes!
Treatment remains to wear sunglasses in mid day sun, and to keep eyes lubricated to prevent dry eyes.
