Pinching pain in thigh

Pinching and pin piercing kind of pain in right thigh while getting up,seating, sometimes while walking. Had CABG 31 days back for triple vessel disease. Grafts taken from left leg left hand and chest. Had this complaint before the surgery, but intensity of pain has increased after surgery.. please help
