I have this wriggling feeling in my anus sometimes at night. Is it possible that I have pinworms? I am aware that only kids have them, but I have an itchy anus and I have this wriggling feeling at night. I am too embarrassed to go see a doctor about it. Is there any way I can make sure I have them? Is there any over the counter medication that I can have?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You are embarrassed in telling this to a doctor? Why is that so? We are doctors itself. Anyways, you can take a tab. Bandy plus to be chewed and swallowed at bed time. If you do have any worms, they will die and come out next day. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
