  4. Pin worm problem. Tests i have to do?

Sir, Since last ten years I have been suffering of pin worm. It reduce when ever I take albandzol 400 mg tab once a day for 2 days. It reduce for 3 to 4 months, again it comes. Is there no permanent for this problem. Is there any tests I have to do? Any medicine you may advise please.
