Hi About a three weeks ago i woke up with these pimples all over my chest. I used tea tree oil and an anti biotic cream, the redness went down but they started spreading to my neck. My dermatologist gave me clinicians complex acne drying lotion but they're still there and spreading to my chin now! And whiteheads started showing on chest What should i do? My dermatologist is convinced that its normal teen acne but i dont think normal acne spreads like that. Please help as my self confidence is going down and i keep covering my neck
