Apart from the suggestions given by Dr Vijay, its better to refrain using hair oil as it worsens forehead lesions. Avoid rubbing or scratching them as it will leave behind dark spots. Hi Your description suggests these are closed comedones i.e whiteheads. It is initial stage of acne. You need to be started on Topical retinoids under supervision. these creams may cause extreme dryness or reactions if not used under dermatologist monitoring. Salicylic peels will also help.
