Sir there are pimples on section between scrotum and penis.Some said these are natural some said need to check up.Please prescribe me something as they has been there for too many years and are not going. Do I need to worry or not?? these pimples are big. some said that hair is not growing that is the reason.Please be specific and prescribe me medicine if needed...I am attaching image .Please have a look and tell me which disease is it,if I got any?? or tell me methods to get free from these pimples...they are painless.
