Hello Doctor, I have pimples on my penis, face and head last 7 years. it is very itching. I dont have sex but i have done more masturbation because of night dream. is this std or other dieases. and also have problems during the urination. pls suggest me.

Hello. Well pimples on the penis might be normal also..We need to examine it to confirm..You do not give any history of risk behaviour so I there is no chance of STD....And coming to face and head ..That might be hormonal changes...Better to consult a dermatologist and get examined...Thank you
