if you have lots of pimples you should consult your dermatologist. because big and infected pimples can lead to pigmantation and scars. till then you should avoid picking of pimples avoid excessive oil on face. frequent washing of face with water to remove oil. avoid oil based creams on face. if you dandruff then it should also be treated
