Acne at your age are very common and this has happened due to wrong side shave in which hair follicles get hampered Don't worry regarding the same. Start applying clindamycin cream in the day and benzoyl peroxide in the evening for the same along with doxycycline capsules 100 mg twice daily and you will be all fine within 10 days.
