Post my period this month, that was 4-Nov, I developed few pimples kind of thing on my butt area close to the private parts.. I thought it was an effect of pads i used during my period.. so used Dettol with warm water. but it didn't help much.. because it continued to itch. Then I applied Abzorb Powder as I thot it cud be fungul infection. This continued for few days now but as long as I have the Abzorb Powder on.. I am fine but then the pimples exists and itches when not dry. please help.
