I keep getting pimples on my back. Please help. It is irritating many times. What can be the reason? What should i apply to avoid it?

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. It comes on the back and shoulder area as red boils which then subside after few days with pigmentation. Some people are prone to develop acne on the back. Cause may be genetic. The treatment is not very complicated. It can be treated with tablets, creams, and soap. Please don't apply oil on your head.
