I have black pimples on face for the last 1 month. It is more like burnt ones without water inside it. Also, the facial hair growth has increased.

You should be evaluated for hormonal imbalance. Pcos can cause both acne and increased hair. It can also cause hair loss on scalp. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
