All of a sudden i got a lot i mean a lot of pimples on my neck and back and they seem to be spreading, I fear it could be some allergic reaction or far worse chicken pox - i havent got one till date. Please let me know asap

Chicken pox has few fluid filled lesions and few crusted lesions. An allergy is more likely. Also chicken pox is associated with fever, sore throat and general weakness. The treatment for each condition varies drastically. Please visit a dermatologist near you who will be able to make a diagnosis as it is close to impossible to make one in an online forum without a detailed history and clinical examination. Take care.
