Greetings- by small holes I guess you are referring to small ice pick acne scars or open pores. I would wish to point out that this may not be treatable entirely with creams - and you will need procedural treatment like peels, microneedling rf/fractional CO2 laser, etc for improvement in appearance of the pores, etc. Hope this answers your query - if not, furhter questions can be sent on follow up messaging.
