I ve been a pimples and red dark spots on my face. It is spearding on face I have consulted the doctor with dermatologists but there is no use the pimples are every big. I have tried homemade remedies also but there is no use. Doctor advice me to avoid oily food my skin is oily skin because of this iam getting lots of pimples on my face
