I have PCOD and currently I am on Krimson 35. But I have terrible cystic acne, whiteheads, pimples. Is it anyway possible to ever get a clear skin? I am very depressed about this.

You could consider other options to get your hormones balanced which will help with the acne. Make sure your iron levels, Vitamin B12 and D are in control, and if not then supplemented. Sometimes it is even possible to control without use of OCPs
