Hello, No pimple type lesion is cancer in mouth. Almost all oral cancers present itself as a non healing ulcer.   It will be most likely mucoceal which is a swelling like soft, painless lesion it most of the cases disappears itself. If it persists can be removed.    You don't need to worry. Please provide your feedback. Regards Dr Muzaffar
