Pimple recurring and few scars open pore

After using nadoxin gel in morning and faceclin gel(clindamycin) in night for more than 2 months and took Minoz tablets few days... my pimples had reduced popping up and few small scars erased. However after stopping pimples are recurring again. Please suggest a good ointment for day and night as above mentioned creams are not working now.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
