You can get the pimples removed at a dermatologist clinic. For maintainence you can apply some anti acne medicines prescribed by the Dermatologist. You may need to visit the doctor once a month for 2 to 3 months. I put my patients on long term maintainence treatment to prevent recurrence of the pimples once they have come under control.
