Having pimple on 5-8 right side of chest Frequently 3-4 will heal and another 3-4 new pimple take place I m using dettol drops in shower but still situation remain same kindly advise

those are not pimples... don touch tat... you can try t- bact or fusidin.. dettol ll not help much...
