Reposting with pic attached for better view.  a small pimple underneath the penis glan exactly left side to the frenulum, Single tiny yellow spot dot .. no pain no itching nothing and it's been there for a years I guess and I remember it went away once when I washed it and it came back again I guess , never had sex in my life. What is it ? I think it's a Tyson gland .. it's so tiny as I said it's on left side of the frenulum under the penis only if I remove the foreskin and stretch it I cud view it . I believe it's nothing it's just my anxiety. Do they require treatment? anxiety is killing me.
