Hi Madam/Sir, I'm 33 years old, previously I had lot of pimples and that has left dark spots and for the past 3 months occasionally I'm getting one or two pimples and it is creating black dots after it resides. Pimple occurs when ever I am not getting enough sleep or I travel for long distance. Please suggest me on the above. Will be very thankful for the help.
