As per picture attached something reddish pimple kind of is there at entrance of her nostrils. This might be creating pain in intervals or while touching due to which is crying incessantly. Same is starting on other nostril entrance as well. What can I do or apply on it to ease pain in it

It Looks like pustule. Once visible pus point is noted it has to be drained out. She has to be put on oral antibiotics and local antiseptic ointment
